Inika Ventures LLP offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the refund & return policy stated here.  We accept returns or exchanges for items received in damaged condition or received a wrong item. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product packaging is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


If replacement of a faulty item is accepted, You don't need to ship the item directly to the return address. The replacement will be handled by us completely, we will contact you through your contact details & handle the exchanges at the delivery location as well free of cost.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You will receive a 100% refund.
